Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. teilte gestern mit, dass das Unternehmen eine Neuausrichtung plant und künftig nicht mehr in der Öl- und Gasindustrie tätig sein will. In den letzten zwei Monaten führte Africa Hydrocarbons zwei Privatplatzierungen mit einem Gesamterlös von rund 1,2 Mio. CAD durch und konnte seine Schulden in Aktien umwandeln.
Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. meldete gestern eine Konsoliderung des Aktienkapitals auf der Basis 20:1. Damit reduzieren sich die ausstehenden Stammaktien des Unternehmens von 164.109.838 auf 8.205.491 Stück.
