Norsemont Mining Inc. gab gestern bekannt, dass HudBay Minerals erfolgreich die verbleibenden 2.562.313 Stammaktien von Norsemont, die Hudbay noch nicht besaß, durch Zwangsabfindung erworben hat. Damit besitzt HudBay nun alle 116.103.244 Stammaktien des Unternehmens bzw. 100% der ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien.
HudBay Minerals veröffentlichte vergangene Woche die finanziellen Ergebnisse des am 31. März geendeten ersten Quartals 2011. Der Nettogewinn betrug 16,8 Mio. CAD oder 0,11 CAD je Aktie. Wie heute bekannt wurde, haben HudBay Minerals Inc. und Norsemont Mining Inc. eine Vereinbarung getroffen, wonach HudBay Minerals alle ausstehenden Stammaktien von Norsemont Mining übernehmen wird. Die Aktionäre von Norsemont erhalten je Norsemont-Aktie 0,2617 HudBay-Aktien und 0,001 CAD in bar oder 4,50 CAD in bar.
