Exxon Mobil Corporation und InterOil Corporation meldete gestern eine Vereinbarung, wonach ExxonMobil sämtlich ausstehenden Aktien von InterOil für mehr als 2,5 Mrd. $ kaufen wird. Den Angaben zufolge wird Exxon pro InterOil-Aktie 45 $ in Form von Exxon-Aktien zahlen sowie eine Barzahlung, die auf dem Ressourcenumfang von Elk-Antelope basiert.
