Die beiden Unternehmen hatten im Juni Pläne für eine Fusion bekannt gegeben. Gemäß Vereinbarung hat Uranium Resources alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Wertpapiere von Anatolia erworben. Die Anatolia-Aktionäre erhielten dafür neue Wertpapiere von Uranium Resources. Das Angebot lag bei 0,06579 Uranium-Aktien pro Anatolia-Aktie.
