Further re Revised Timetable for Share Placement

16 June 2010 - LONDON: Further to today's announcement, European Nickel PLC
("European Nickel" or the "Company") (AIM, PLUS: ENK) announces a revised
timetable for the completion of the second tranche of the placing (the
"Placing") (originally announced on 3 February 2010).

The timetable for the completion of the merger with Rusina Mining NL (AIM: RMLA,
ASX:RML) and the share consolidation is unchanged from the timetable announced
on 8 June 2010.

The date of completion of the Placing has been brought forward by one business
day to 18(th) June 2010.  The revised timetable is attached.

Following the consolidation, shareholders will be issued with one new ordinary
share for every four shares held.  New share certificates will be posted to
certified shareholders and uncertified shareholders' CREST accounts will be
credited with the new shares on 21 June 2010.

Defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the
Merger Implementation Agreement dated 2 February 2010.
