Rockland Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rockland") (CSE: RKL) (OTCQB: BERLF), is pleased to announce the addition of Tracy Hughes to the Board of Directors.

Ms. Hughes is a seasoned entrepreneur and influential capital markets leader with over 30 years of professional experience. Tracy founded and serves as Executive Director of the Critical Minerals Institute (CMI), an influential think-tank known for its weekly Technology Metals Report and annual CMI Summit, which fosters collaboration and strategic alignment among industry leaders and policymakers worldwide. She also serves as Founder, CEO, and Director of InvestorNews Inc.(1) a premier digital media platform that attracts over 120 million annual hits and has worked with thousands of publicly traded companies across North America, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Ms. Hughes leverages extensive expertise gained from previous roles, including co-founding REE Stocks PLC, a FTSE-recognized rare earth indices company, and serving as a principal partner at boutique investment bank Weslosky & Cowans Ltd. Tracy is widely recognized for advancing innovation and strategic partnerships within the global investment community.
