TORONTO, April 4, 2025 - Silver Mountain Resources Inc. (TSXV: AGMR) (OTCQB: AGMRF) (BVL: AGMR) ("Silver Mountain" or the "Company") today announces that Alejandra Soto has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 30, 2025.

Alvaro Espinoza, Chief Executive Officer of the Company commented "On behalf of everyone at Silver Mountain, I want to express our sincere gratitude to Alejandra for her exceptional dedication over the past few years. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
