Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock

The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE: VLO, "Valero") has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $1.07 per share. The dividend is payable on December 20, 2024 to holders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2024.
