Quantum Energy Inc. (OTC: QREE), ("Quantum"), a worldwide exclusive licensee of flywheel energy storage systems, energy conditioning systems, and rare earth material supply and manufacturing, today announces the retirement of William Hinz, Chairman and Director. Mr. Hinz will remain Chairman Emeritus.
William Hinz, chairman of QREE, stated: "I have had the pleasure of helping to develop and transform this Company into a world class manufacturer of energy related equipment, which is a part of a broad effort to decentralize energy distribution. The Company is in a position to grow at a steady rate in the fully distributed energy market in the United States and worldwide."
Harry Ewert, Chief Executive Officer of QREE, stated, "As QREE begins to focus on flywheel and energy conditioning product manufacturing, the Company cannot thank Bill enough for his tireless service, and hard work to bring the Company to this point in its commercialization."
Ewert further stated, "The Company will continue to concentrate on its name change and branding efforts including a series of new Trademarks through the end of this month."
QREE will be announcing an annual meeting to elect a new Board of Directors no later than August 1, 2024. Shareholders of record will receive detailed information via their chosen contact method by that date.
