TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2023 - Altai Resources Inc. (ATI, TSX VENTURE; US SEC Rule 12g3-2(b) File # 82-2950) ("Altai" or "Company") announces, with great sadness, the passing of its director, Dr. Mehmet F. Taner. Dr. Taner had been a director of the Company since August 2012 until his death. He had made valuable contributions to Altai during his tenure of directorship and he will be sadly missed.
Altai also announces the appointment of Mr. Harold Tan, LLM (ADR), Q. Med., CC. Med., as a director of the Company effective October 23, 2023. He obtained his LLM (ADR) degree from Osgoode Law School, Ontario, and has been a Dispute Resolution Consultant and a Mediator for over 30 years to the present.
