(TSXV:SOG) (“Strategic” or the “Company”) announces that a special committee of the board of directors of Strategic (the “Committee”) has been established to consider potential strategic alternatives available to the Company. The Committee is comprised of substantially all of the independent directors of the Company. The Company has not set a definitive schedule for this process, and does not intend to provide updates or disclose related developments until the Committee has approved a specific transaction or alternative, or otherwise determines that disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
