("Colibri") wishes to announce that it has filed its annual audited financial statements and accompanying management discussion and analysis (the "Filings") for the period ending November 30, 2017. Copies of the Filings may be found on the Company's website, http://www.colibriresource.com, or at www.sedar.com.
The Company is planning to hold its annual shareholder's meeting in mid-June in Moncton, New Brunswick. Further details will be released when the specific meeting date and record date are established later this month by the Board of Directors.
The Company also wishes to announce that, as a result of the determination of an administrative error, the option grants announced on March 29, 2018 to various directors and officers have been cancelled.
