("Strategic" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SOG) announces that the Company has reduced the subscription price in respect of its previously announced Private Placements, from $0.54 to $0.50 per common share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the Private Placements remain unchanged at up to $50,000,000.
