TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct 28, 2013) - Moly Mines Ltd. (ASX:MOL)(TSX:MOL) (the "Company") held a General Meeting of shareholders today. Prior to the meeting the Company received resignations from directors Mr Michael Braham and Mr David Craig, to take effect at the end of the General Meeting, As a result resolution 1, for the removal of Mr Michael Braham as director, and resolution 2, for the removal of Mr David Craig as a director, were withdrawn.
