VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Sept. 26, 2012) - EurOmax Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EOX) (OTCQX:EOXFF): ("Euromax" or the "Company") announces that Martyn Konig, a Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company purchased 53,500 common shares in the Company at a price of 43 cents on Monday 24 September, 2012.
Following the purchase, Mr. Konig now owns a total of 6,866,666 shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.25% of the issued capital.
