VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2011) - Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: EZ) (FRANKFURT: OUH1) (PINKSHEETS: ERRCF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 30,000,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"), with each Warrant exercisable at $0.10 for a period of two years following the closing of the offering. Proceeds arising from the sale of the Units will be used for general working capital purposes.
The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
