The Company was notified on 9 May 2011 that in the recently announced placing Harry Dobson, Chairman, acquired 600,000 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 36p each. Harry Dobson now holds an interest of 8,838,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 7.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
