American Creek Announces Increase To $400,000 Private Placement Offering

Raymond, Alberta… American Creek Resources Ltd. (the "Corporation") today announced that the terms of the private placement (the "Offering") announced on March 1, 2011 have been amended such that the Corporation will now offer up to 8,928,571 units for gross proceeds of $550,000 if the offering is fully subscribed. The Offering is now comprised of 1,428,571 flow-through units ("FT Units") at a price of $0.07 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of up to $100,000 and 7,500,000 non-flow-through units ("NFT Units") at a price of $0.06 per NFT Unit for gross proceeds of up to $450,000. All other terms of the offering remain unchanged.
