This regular dividend is an "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Net earnings for first-quarter 2012 were $32.3 million ($0.11 per share, basic), compared to net earnings of $63.6 million ($0.22 per share, basic) for first-quarter 2011.
