Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. (TSX.V:LMG) ("Lincoln Gold" or the "Company") announces that it is in receipt of a requisition to call a meeting by a small group of shareholders, led by Mr. Ljubo "Louie" Mikulic. The Company will respond as it is required.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it continues to be in positive negotiations with several potential funding partners to proceed with the mine construction for production at the fully permitted Bell Mountain Gold deposit, located in the Walker Lane gold trend in Nevada, USA.
