Uranium Equities Limited: Change of Company Name and ASX Code

On 29 November 2017, DevExResources Limited ("the Company") advised that a resolution had been passed by Shareholders at the 2017 Annual General Meeting to change the name of the Company from Uranium Equities Limited to DevEx Resources Limited.

The change of the Company name process has now been completed and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission have recorded the change of Company Name effective from 29 November 2017.

The effective date for the change of Company name on the ASX will take effect from the commencement of trading on Monday, 4 December 2017 and the ASX Listing code will change from “UEQ” to “DEV”.
