BOGOTA, Colombia, April 27, 2015 - Cosigo Resources Ltd. (CSG: TSX-V) appoints Andy Rendle to be acting CFO, CEO and Corporate Secretary while Directors Robert E. Collawn of Denver, Colorado and Hector Mario Cuevas of Bogota, Colombia are appointed temporarily as Independent Directors as per TSX regulations.
