LONDON, Sept. 5, 2012 - The Company was notified on 5th September 2012 by The Capital Group Companies, Inc. ("CGC") that as at 3rd September 2012 CGC had an interest in 6,460,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.15% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This announcement is being made in relation to a change by CGC on how it reports relevant holdings and does not reflect any additional acquisition or disposal of shares.
