American Creek Resources Sells Tide Property For $1.5 Million

American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:AMK, OTCBB:ACKRF) is pleased to announce that it has sold its 51% interest in the Tide Property, located near Stewart, British Columbia, to 0945473 B.C. Ltd., a Hunter Dickinson Inc. (HDI) company, for the sum of $1.5 million cash. American Creek has retained a right of access over the Tide Property for the purposes of continuing exploration of its adjacent Electrum Project.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for general working capital purposes.
