Stockport Exploration Inc. Announces Name Change Complete

HALIFAX, May 1, 2012 - Stockport Exploration Inc. (TSX: SPT) (OTC: LMTCF) is pleased to announce completion of the previously announced name change from 'Linear Metals Corporation' to 'Stockport Exploration Inc.' The common shares of the company will commence trading on the TSX as of May 1, 2012 under the new stock symbol 'SPT'. The name change was approved by shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on April 20, 2012.
