(TSX: ML) ("Mercator" or the "Company") announces that its previously scheduled earnings release and conference call has been rescheduled. The Company expects to release its financial results for the period ended December 31, 2011 after market hours on March 30, 2012 and will hold a conference call and a live audio webcast on April 2, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time to discuss these results.
