Pinestar Gold Inc. Clarifies Becker Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Feb. 2, 2011) - Pinestar Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PNS) (the “Company“) wishes to correct the information contained in its press release issued earlier today (the “Initial Release“) regarding the Company obtaining surface access rights to its Becker Property, located in southern Chile (the “Becker Property“).

In the Initial Release, the Company incorrectly stated that it has an option to earn up to a 75% interest in the Becker Property, whereas the Company actually has an option to earn up to a 70% interest in the Becker Property.
