Mantra Resources: Despatch Of Mantra Scheme Booklet

PERTH, Western Australia, April 20 /CNW/ - Mantra Resources Limited ('Mantra') (ASX: MRU, TSX: MRL) advises that the scheme booklet ('Scheme Booklet'), in relation to the all-cash offer from JSC Atomredmetzoloto ('ARMZ') to acquire all of the issued shares in Mantra by way of a Board recommended Scheme of Arrangement ('Scheme'), has been approved by the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and is in the process of being despatched to Mantra's shareholders. A copy of the Scheme Booklet will also be available on SEDAR and on Mantra's website (www.mantraresources.com.au).
